She Shreds
FEB 27 - MARCH 1, 2026
A stoke-filled weekend in Washington’s mountains created for women who want to shred together.
For Women of All Skill Levels
This retreat is designed for women of all levels.
This is an adventure and stoke-filled weekend where the logistics are handled so you can focus on what matters. Riding at your own pace, building confidence, and connecting with rad outdoorsy women in the mountains.
What to Expect
We handle the knitty gritty so you can focus on the fun stuff and head out to the mountain with confidence and stoke.
❋ Thoughtfully Planned, Easy Flow
Community is at the heart of the weekend. You will ride, learn, laugh, and unwind alongside women who are just as stoked as you are, and you’ll leave with a bunch of new rad, shreddy friends!
❋ Ride Together Girl Gang Energy
Optional lessons and support are available for those trying out the sport for the first time or want to sharpen their skills. Amber (one of your hosts) is also a trained instructor and is happy to offer pointers throughout the trip.
❋ Guidance When You Want It
This is a space where women support women, on the mountain and beyond. Riding together creates confidence, momentum, and real connection. We prioritize safety, respect, and encouragement so every woman feels empowered to push herself and celebrate others along the way.
❋ A Comfortable, Inclusive Space
Meet Your Hosts
Eva Seelye
What’s up adventurers! I'm Eva!
I'm a Washington-based, snowboard-obsessed adventure girly who loves long runs on bluebird days. I find every way possible to get outside, whether that's hiking, surfing, traveling, and of course, out on the slopes, and nearly always with my camera in hand.
Backcountry coffee is my favorite thing on this planet, and there's no better way to end a solid day in the outdoors like a hazy pale ale at a craft brewery!
I can't wait to have some fun snow surfing with you!
Amber Parucha
Hi friends, I'm Amber!
Desert girlie turned mountain enthusiast and backcountry guide. I didn't grow up with snow-sports but fell in love with snowboarding in college and never looked back! I am a snowboard instructor at Stevens Pass, having completed my AASI Level 2 Instructor training, AAIRE Level 2 Avalanche training and Wilderness First Responder.
Here to spread the stoke and knowledge on all things in bounds and beyond. If you're interested in learning more about taking steps into the backcountry, I'm your girl!
Day One
Arrive & Meet
As everyone arrives, we take time to settle in, get to know each other around the campfire, have a cozy night in, and get prepped for a big and exciting day of shredding tomorrow with a wax/tuning workshop and ski/snowboard films! The adventure starts here.
Day Two
Let’s get shreddy!
We start the day fueled and ready, head to the mountain for lessons or group laps, and spend the afternoon chasing turns at your own pace. After a full day on snow, we’ll hit up a little happy hour at Packwood Brewing and wind things down back at the cabin with themed fits, good drinks, dinner, and relaxed campfire hangs. Equal parts shred, connection, and cozy mountain vibes.
Enjoy a local and seasonal dinner from our own private chef.
Day Three
Goodbyes :(
Sunday is a slower, feel-good close to the weekend. We start with optional morning yoga follow by one last brunch with the girls. After checkout, you can head home or keep the adventure going with an optional ride day with your new friends! We’ll miss you!
